TEST CAMP INTRALOGISTICS 2025: Congress program expanded

TEST CAMP INTRALOGISTICS is entering its fifth edition with an expanded congress program on March 26 and 27 at Messe Dortmund. More than 40 international speakers from Europe, China and the USA will appear in 18 sessions over the two days. They include technology users as well as scientists and top experts from renowned intralogistics manufacturers.
On the first day of the Logistics & Robotics Conference, they will discuss topics such as artificial intelligence, automation, start-ups, transport digitization and warehouse technology solutions on the Main Stage. The second day will focus on robotics and industrial image processing. Experts will discuss the current challenges and provide an outlook for the future. Representatives from companies such as BMW, IKEA, Ludwig Meister, Dr. Max.
At the end of the event, two groups of visitors will visit the DTM2 logistics center of e-commerce giant Amazon on an excursion to the former Westfalenhuette Dortmund. On March 26, one group will be guided through the research hall of the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics. On both days, guests can take part in a total of twelve highlight tours, which are divided into the topics “IFOY AWARD Nominees”, “TEST CAMP without IFOY Nominees” and “Warehouse meets Transportation”.
“What sets the event apart is not only the transfer of knowledge about high-tech in logistics and the intensive networking, but also the testing of the innovations. Around 100 innovations will once again be available for testing,” reports Thilo Joergl from the TEST CAMP management team. B2B visitors can immerse themselves in numerous innovations and world premieres on more than 10,000 square meters of hall space: they can drive forklift trucks themselves, test robots and try out new IT tools.
A new feature of the event is the special test area “Warehouse meets Transportation”. Solutions for networking warehouses and transportation will be presented on around 1,000 square meters. Exhibitors include Blickfeld, Cargoclix, CHEP, enabl, Fraunhofer IML, KRONE, TIMOCOM and Ravas Europe. Together, the test installations cover the entire supply chain between warehousing and transportation.
Many guests - most of them in leading positions in retail, industry or contract logistics - are traveling to the Ruhr metropolis because they want to see and test the nominees for the International Intralogistics and Forklift Truck (IFOY) AWARD 2025 for themselves. The equipment and solutions for the global award will undergo the three-stage audit in the hall on March 25. Jan Droemer, Chairman of the Executive Board of the VDMA Materials Handling and Intralogistics Association, will present the “Best in Intralogistics” certificates to those manufacturers whose products have successfully passed the audit. A total of 21 nominees from 15 manufacturers are in the final this year.
