Starting in 2026, the German Material Flow Congress (MFK) will become an integral part and one of the highlights of TEST CAMP INTRALOGISTICS. As the leading congress for intralogistics, the MFK is the central meeting point for manufacturers, users, planners and researchers – a platform for knowledge transfer, expert dialogue and active networking around the future of internal material flow.

Each year, the congress focuses on a key theme, brought to life through presentations and panel discussions featuring experts from both academia and industry.

The congress is chaired by Professor Dr. Johannes Fottner, head of the Chair of Materials Handling, Material Flow and Logistics (fml) at the Technical University of Munich. The technical sponsor is the VDI Society for Production and Logistics.

Founded in the mid-1980s in Munich by the Association of German Engineers (VDI), this long-established congress was hosted at the Technical University of Munich in Garching from 2002 to 2025.
